Rule Highlights
General Conduct
- •All participants must treat fellow exhibitors, judges, and staff with respect.
- •No alcohol or illegal substances permitted on fairgrounds.
- •All vehicles must park in designated areas.
- •Littering is strictly prohibited.
Livestock & Exhibit Rules
- •All livestock must have current health certificates and vaccination records.
- •Animals must be properly identified with official ear tags or tattoos.
- •Exhibitors are responsible for the care and feeding of their animals.
- •Stall assignments are made by fair management and are final.
Entry & Registration
- •All entries must be submitted by the published deadline.
- •Entry fees are non-refundable after the deadline.
- •Exhibitors must be residents of Hot Spring County or enrolled in a local 4-H/FFA program.
- •All entries are subject to verification by fair management.
