Rule Highlights

General Conduct

  • All participants must treat fellow exhibitors, judges, and staff with respect.
  • No alcohol or illegal substances permitted on fairgrounds.
  • All vehicles must park in designated areas.
  • Littering is strictly prohibited.

Livestock & Exhibit Rules

  • All livestock must have current health certificates and vaccination records.
  • Animals must be properly identified with official ear tags or tattoos.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the care and feeding of their animals.
  • Stall assignments are made by fair management and are final.

Entry & Registration

  • All entries must be submitted by the published deadline.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable after the deadline.
  • Exhibitors must be residents of Hot Spring County or enrolled in a local 4-H/FFA program.
  • All entries are subject to verification by fair management.
